    We are happy to invite you to join us in Japan for a week of laughter, learning, making new friends, clinking cups of sake & shochu, playing in the snow, and soaking in onsens! This group is full of people who are easy going, friendly, and seriously love fun. If you haven't already, read more details about the trip here.

    Zelement Club attracts the skiers and riders who like to explore the mountain solo or in small groups. Our friends and guests enjoy meeting locals and being clued in to secret spots - in town and on the mountain - that you won't find on Trip Advisor.

    Terms and Conditions Agreement

    ​By typing my full name in the space provided and clicking submit, I hereby state that:
    I am at least 18 years of age, and can legally enter into this contract. I authorize Zelement LLC, and/or its vendors to charge the credit card(s) and their corresponding amount(s) as listed above.

    I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions. I will ensure that my emergency contact will have a copy of my travel insurance policy and will be able to deal with my insurance company on my behalf, if necessary. I hereby authorize Company personnel to secure emergency treatment for me if I am incapacitated and my emergency contact can't be reached. I agree to provide Zelement LLC with an electronic copy of my passport identification page prior to travel.

Flight Search Tips:
  • Arrival airport is Narita (NRT). There are two airports in Tokyo so make sure you are arriving at NRT. Depart from either airport.
  • Choose a flight that arrives by 5 pm on SUNDAY, JANUARY 28. This means you will have to leave America on Saturday, January 27 or earlier. If you are considering arriving earlier or later, let us know so we can talk about alternate transportation arrangements.
    • It is about a 4.5 hour drive from NRT to our mountain home for the week, so our private motorcoach (with a toilet stall!) will depart as soon as everyone has cleared immigration, collected their baggage, and cleared customs. ETD: 6:30 pm
    • We will stop for dinner (20 mins) at one of the amazing rest stop food courts on the motorway. This is truly delicious food.
